For condition I have "Plate I didnt even wipe down at all should be cleaned. This is in sweet shape for old plate you will be happy with the condition. In general plates will/may will  be dirty, have rust, dust, paint, may contain tape, stickers, old price tags, writing, wear, bugs, and so on, scratches, be bent.  Plates are extremely sharp and you must be careful unpacking and handling.
